The top priority of the Architect is to listen to and understand the clients needs, goals, and budget constraints in order to meet the programing requirements.
With this undersatnding and commitment from the client we formulate and develope material into two and three dimentional concepts which are presented for study and review by our client. On the refinement of these concepts based on the clients reviews a set of documents is prepaired for bidding and construction.
An intragal and important part of our team is our engineering consultants. Our consultants are retained directly by us and are selected on their experience and suitabliity for each project.
